Incorporated in 2001, VIPMobile, a Delaware corporation based in San Francisco, California, is a leading research & design, software development and small systems integration company with a focus on facilitating, developing and commercializing applied research to benefit the aerospace and defense industries. Furthermore, VIPMobile has recently launched a new business division, VIPMobile Pictures, and its first feature film project entitled “Blood on Canvas”. Our flagship commercial software product is the Enhanced Image Capture & Transfer EICT™ software application, which provides real-time, “picture phone” capability to Iridium satellite phone users. This solution illustrates a successful transition of a basic and applied research concept and project to a commercially-released application.

Representative government customers for VIPMobile’s solutions include U.S. Special Operations Command, Air Force Research Laboratory and Office of Naval Research. VIPMobile is also an R&D subcontractor to ARINC as part of the U.S. Department of Defense Counter Narco-Terrorism Technology Program Office (CNTPO) basic contract, $15B program ceiling, FY2007-2012.
